All services are subject to availability and tailored to client requirements after proper consultation.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide complete and accurate project briefs

Respond promptly to communication for revisions or approvals

Make payments as agreed

Respect revision limits outlined in the chosen plan

Delays in client response may affect timelines and delivery.

  1. Payments and Pricing

Payments are due in full or as milestone-based installments, as discussed.

Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer.

All prices are quoted in USD and may be subject to taxes, depending on location.

Failure to make payment may result in project delays or cancellation.

Refer to our Refund Policy for more information on payment disputes.

  1. Revisions and Approvals

All service packages include a set number of revisions (as per the package).

Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

Once a project is approved by the client, it is deemed complete and final.

  1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership rights to final deliverables.

Go Digital USA retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality.

Source files are included only if specified in the agreement.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service for reasons including but not limited to:

Violation of these terms

Illegal or unethical content

Abuse or harassment of team members

Clients may cancel projects, but cancellation fees may apply based on the work completed.

Business losses due to delays, errors, or system downtime

Data loss caused by third-party platforms or hosting services

Misuse of delivered content by the client or third parties

We strive to provide secure, reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime or perfection in third-party integrations.
