A project is canceled before any work has started.

The delivered work does not match the agreed-upon scope and cannot be reasonably corrected.

The client submits a valid refund request within 7 days of delivery for one-time services.

Work has already been started or partially delivered.

The client is unresponsive or delays the project.

We are committed to client satisfaction. If you’re not happy with the results, we’ll make up to 2–3 rounds of revisions (depending on your service plan) before considering a refund. Most issues can be resolved through clear communication and updates.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (PayPal, credit card, etc.).

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
