π 1. General Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
A project is canceled before any work has started.
The delivered work does not match the agreed-upon scope and cannot be reasonably corrected.
The client submits a valid refund request within 7 days of delivery for one-time services.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Work has already been started or partially delivered.
The client is unresponsive or delays the project.
The refund request is made after 7 days of delivery.
Dissatisfaction with design/style after approval of concepts or drafts.
Monthly services (e.g., social media, SEO) after the billing cycle has started.
π 3. Revision Policy Before Refund
We are committed to client satisfaction. If you’re not happy with the results, weβll make up to 2β3 rounds of revisions (depending on your service plan) before considering a refund. Most issues can be resolved through clear communication and updates.
π³ 4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
Please allow 5β10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

π 6. Custom Projects & Retainers
Custom long-term projects, subscription services, and retainers are billed based on agreed milestones. Refunds for these are handled on a case-by-case basis, based on how much work has already been completed.
